Creating a Case Model

This topic describes the procedure to create a case model.


A case model helps you to model a company's complex cases involving activities that require human intervention and also system based activities.

  1. Select a starting point and select (Case Model) to create a case model. The Untitled Case Model - Case Model appears with a default view of its General tab.
    Note: You may start designing the case model and save it later or save it first and then design.
  2. Click to save the case model.

    A new case model is created and added to the project content tree in Workspace Documents.

After you complete this task:
Publish the case model.
